Our signature retreat, The Lake Como Wellness Experience, is a 4-day retreat experience from Wednesday - Sunday, for those who want to:

  • press pause

  • disconnect from the daily stresses of life

  • prioritise their needs

  • reconnect to themselves

  • gain calm & clarity in a beautiful place

  • have nourishing days planned out for you

  • enjoy some time for pure relaxation

Our retreats are designed for everybody. No experience is required for any of the practices available, such as yoga or fitness.

WHAT WILL THE SCHEDULE ENTAIL?

Each day, you can choose from a range of group classes, alongside any pre-booked bespoke 1:1 sessions, like life coaching, movement classes, and massages, if you so wish.

The retreat activities will include:

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

  • Meditation

  • Walks/hikes

  • Fitness

  • Sound baths

  • Reflective group workshops

The first day of the Lake Como Wellness Experience starts at 6pm with a welcome session and evening meal for the group. Check-in is available from 2pm.

Your welcome pack will include the full itinerary for your retreat experience and information about local amenities and points of interest.

From there, it’s up to you to enjoy the experience that will serve your needs, by participating in as many or as few scheduled activities as you wish.

The retreat will be held in English.

Yoga & More

Yoga, pilates & fitness sessions will be accessible for all levels of experience. The classes will vary from gentle to more energetic, depending on the focus of the class.

All equipment, such as mats, will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.

Our Location

The retreat is based in Cernobbio on Lake Como, a quiet & beautiful village situated 5km from Como’s historic centre. You’ll be a 5-minute walk from the lake’s front, a ferry port with ease of access to other villages on the lake, local boutiques & all amenities.

The B&B style accommodation, Terzo Crotto, designated for retreat participants, has everything you need to nestle in, relax & switch off, with shared indoor and outdoor spaces for you to relax in.

The accommodation offered includes:

  • Double en-suite room for single occupancy

  • Twin en-suite room for 2 people sharing

Walks & Hiking

The trips up into the mountains (subject to suitable weather conditions) will bring astounding views, as well as clarity of mind & the healing energy of Lake Como’s fresh mountain air.

The hike will be accessible for those with a reasonable level of fitness as it can be fairly hilly in parts, but nothing extremely arduous.

No specialist hiking equipment is necessary, just shoes with a good grip and a light rucksack.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation & breathing sessions will be available, as well as workshops to enhance your understanding & develop your practice of each.

Daily Itinerary Example:

  • 07:30-09:30 Breakfast

  • 09:30-10:45 Yoga & meditation

  • 10:45-11:15 Refreshments

  • 11:15-12:15 Fitness class

  • 13:00-14:00 Lunch

  • 15:00-17:00 Wellbeing workshop/Sound bath/Lake Como experience

  • 18:00-19:00 Yoga Practice

  • 19:00 Open evening to do as you wish

Boat Trip

An optional group boat trip (dependent upon good weather conditions) will offer a unique view of the spectacular landscape surrounding Lake Como. 

This unforgettable & uplifting experience will leave you feeling refreshed & energised by the breathtaking views & endless sky.

Meals

Meals & refreshments provided at the retreat location will include vegan & vegetarian options. 

Specific dietary requirements can also be accommodated - please inform us in advance of your arrival.

    Madeline will lead the reflective workshops & 1-1, restorative yoga & private coaching sessions.

    Originally from the UK, Madeline has lived in Lake Como since 2016.

  • Guglielmo Bianchi Shambhu

    YOGA, MEDITATION & BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER

    Guglielmo will offer several daily sessions, helping you reconnect to your mind, body & breathe.

    Originally from Italy, Shambhu has spent a lot of time in India & around the world developing his practice.

  • Laura Koebel

    YOGA TEACHER, TEACHER TRAINER & MENTOR

    Laura will guide you through several of the yoga sessions, creating unique, fun, and uplifting yoga sequences.

    Originally from the US, Laura has taught in the US, Canada, the Philippines & Singapore.

  • Katy-Rose Luraschi

    FITNESS & PILATES INSTRUCTOR & OSTEOPATH

    Katy is a highly experienced fitness instructor, with specialist training in pre/post-natal focused work.

    She worked in healthcare for 20 years, starting as a nurse and then moving to Osteopathy & fitness.

  • Malin Sund

    DANCE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & HIKE LEADER

    Malin is a certified Les Mills Sh’bam instructor & former Dance choreographer and teacher.

    Originally from Sweden, she loves creating energising & feel-good dance workouts & scenic hiking routes.

  • Naomi Fahey

    CO-FOUNDER & EVENTS MANAGER

    Naomi uses her experience in Event Planning & passion for wellness & movement, to create unforgettable retreat experiences.

    She is a Mindfulness practitioner, drawing on insights from evolutionary psychology and Buddhism.
