Pilates Classes

Our Pilates Classes are taught by Katy, a highly experienced fitness & Pilates instructor and Osteopath, with specialist training in pre/post-natal focused work and Bea, a certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor with 20 years of experience.

Fit & Flexible Pilates

This full body fitness class will help to tone the legs, thighs, glutes and abs, whilst also working on your posture, balance and flexibility. 

Pilates is a great workout for ANY body, and will leave you feeling more focussed, with better energy, concentration and a brighter outlook.

Our Pilates classes are every Monday 8-9pm and Thursday 6:15-7:15 pm.

Baby friendly Pilates

Having a baby doesn’t mean having to give up on your exercise routine; it just means you can bring them along for the ride!

In this class we will perform a series of strengthening exercises for the whole body that are safe to do with the baby in the carrier. There will be a particular focus on the core, pelvic floor and glutes, as well as back and upper body strength.

As your baby grows, the additional weight will help you get progressively stronger and, by adding movement into your life, you’ll be setting a great example to your baby from the beginning!

Please note:

*you are responsible for the security of your baby carrier.

*you must be at least 6 weeks post-partum (12 weeks post- caesarean) to participate.

This class can also be performed without a baby in the carrier.
