Pilates Classes in Como

Our Pilates Classes are taught in our studio in Como city centre by Alice , highly experienced fitness & Pilates instructors, with specialist training in pre/post-natal focused work, and Bea who has more than 20 years of experience in teaching Pilates internationally.

Pilates Matwork

This full body pilates class will help to tone the legs, thighs, glutes and abs, whilst also working on your posture, balance and flexibility. 

Pilates is a great workout for ANY body, and will leave you feeling more focussed, with better energy, concentration and a brighter outlook.

Our Pilates classes are every Monday 8-9pm and Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm.

Baby friendly, Pre & post natal Pilates classes in Como

Having a baby doesn’t mean having to give up on your exercise routine; it just means you can bring them along for the ride!

Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your way back to movement after having a baby, our Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to support your body through every stage.

The class focuses on building strength and stability, with particular attention to the core, pelvic floor and glutes, as well as posture, back and upper-body strength. Exercises are adapted to support the changing needs of your body during pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Postnatal mums are welcome to bring their baby along to class.

Open to all levels.

Please note:

*you are responsible for the security of your baby.

*you must be at least 6 weeks post-partum (12 weeks post- caesarean) to participate.

This class can also be performed without the baby.
